FAQ
Why are the advisors free?+
RoboForex pays us a partner commission for every client who opens an account under our code. That's why we give the advisors away for free — you trade, the broker pays us.
Which accounts do the advisors work on?+
Advisors only activate on RoboForex accounts opened under the Team AI partner code. They won't run on outside accounts — the file is technically bound to your account number.
How many accounts can I link?+
One advisor is bound to one specific RoboForex account and trades only on it. If you have multiple accounts, verify each one in the bot and get a separate file for it.
Can I move an advisor to another account?+
No. Each .ex5 file is bound to a specific account number at build time. For a new account, request a new file from the Telegram bot.
How can I verify the statistics?+
Every AI advisor has a public MyFxBook link. Data updates automatically and cannot be edited manually.
Can I lose money?+
Yes. Forex and derivatives trading involves high risk. We publish the maximum historical drawdown for each advisor — size your capital with risk in mind.
What if the advisor is in drawdown?+
Drawdown is part of any strategy. Compare it with the historical max drawdown on the advisor's page. If the behavior looks very abnormal, contact support in the bot.
How much money do I need to start?+
It depends on the advisor. Conservative strategies start at $200-500, grid strategies at $1,000+. Exact requirements are in each advisor's description in the bot.
Is this a copy account or a standalone advisor?+
We build both: AI trading algorithms as .ex5 files for MetaTrader 5, and copy accounts for RoboForex. Pick whichever format suits you.
